Aluminium is the non-ferrous metal we handle in the largest volumes. Light, rust-free and infinitely recyclable, it keeps all its properties after remelting: one kilo of recovered aluminium saves the extraction of four kilos of bauxite and around 95% of the energy needed to produce new aluminium.

How the price is set

The aluminium price follows international quotations, revised daily. Our offer then depends on three factors: alloy purity, the contamination level of the batch (iron, plastic, rubber, paint) and the quantity delivered. Sorted, clean aluminium is paid noticeably more than a mixed batch.
